The Constitution of the Technical University of Mombasa Christian Union establishes the mission, governance, leadership, membership, ministries, financial management and operational framework of the Union. Below is a summary of every Article contained in the official Constitution.
The Union shall be known as the Technical University of Mombasa Christian Union (T.U.M.C.U.).
The Union shall be registered under the Office of the Dean of Students, Technical University of Mombasa.
The Union is affiliated with FOCUS Kenya together with its recognized evangelistic ministries.
Defines the Union's mission of reaching every student through Bible Study, Prayer and Fellowship, together with its vision and six core values.
Outlines the Union's aims including discipleship, evangelism, missions, leadership development and fellowship, together with the Statement of Faith.
Defines Full, Special and Associate Membership, renewal, disciplinary procedures, loss of membership and members' rights.
Explains the responsibilities, privileges and participation rights of every category of membership.
Establishes the General Meeting, Executive Committee and Advisory Board as the governing organs of TUMCU.
Provides the organizational structure, committees, appointments, vacancies and transition procedures.
Defines the composition of the Executive Committee and the qualifications required for leadership.
Details the duties, authority, appointments, constitutional interpretation and administration of the Union.
Provides the responsibilities of every Executive Office including Chairperson, Vice Chairpersons, Secretary, Treasurer and Committee Chairpersons.

Provides procedures for dissolution of the Union together with interpretation, transitional and repeal clauses.
